Biography

Becky Lingo has over 19 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner and Leader with Fortune 10 companies; General Motors and General Electric.  Currently she is an Sr HR Business Partner with OneMain Financial Services.  Her specific passion within the field is with supporting and developing teams and individual leadership effectiveness.

Bringing a genuine curiosity and commitment to help clients discover their ability to achieve new possibilities.  Becky has a variety of experiences coaching individuals and teams in both professional and personal contexts.

A graduate from Fielding Graduate University Comprehensive Evidenced Based Coaching Program, Associate Certified Coach (ACC), in coming Secretary/Treasurer of the Ohio Valley chapter of the International Coaching Federation and KII Enterprise Partner.
